  • Try turning off the TV during meals. See whether you enjoy your food and feel more satisfied.
  • TV is filled with food commercials. These commercials trick us into thinking we're hungry when we're not.
  • TV can make it hard to sleep. If you're struggling with sleep, avoid TV or the computer a couple of hours before bedtime.
  • Limit kids to two hours a day or less of screen time.
