Eating healthy does not require a special diet.

  • Some people choose to eat a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free diet based on personal or health reasons.
  • If you don't have any outstanding health conditions, you don't have to change your entire diet.
  • Think about the foods you eat on a regular basis. Are there areas that need to be more balanced? For example, if you eat a lot of meat, try replacing it with non-meat sources of protein, like beans or yogurt.
