Set yourself up for a good night sleep.
  • Create a routine, such as relaxing music or a bath, to calm yourself down and ready your body for sleep.
  • Limit screen time before bed (including TV and computer).
  • Avoid heavy foods before bed.
  • Many of us need 8 hours every night - and our kids need at least 10.
  • Get exercise during the day.  It will lower your stress and make your body tired at night.
