Ingredients
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
1/2 tablespoon Ground Coriander
1/2 tablespoon Ground Cloves
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
Directions
1.Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
2.Store in an airtight container.
Chef's Tips
