The Arabian spice blend and dried mint are a delicious combination that gives this dish a lot of flavor!
What you'll need
Measuring spoons

Large skillet

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 teaspoons Arabian Spice Blend
Directions
1.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
2.Sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the meat and cook until browned.
3.Add tomato paste, salt, and spice blend and stir. Add the chopped cabbage and dried mint and stir for 5 minutes.
4.Pour in 1 cup of water and simmer, covered, until the cabbage leaves become soft, about 20 minutes.
5.Serve with brown rice.

- You can substitute carrots or cauliflower for the cabbage.
