  • A sauté can take under 10 minutes to cook, especially when you have ingredients prepped beforehand.

  • Start by sautéing the ingredients that take longer to cook like carrots, potatoes, onions, and meat. Add more delicate ingredients at the end like spinach.

  • Cook and freeze grains like rice and quinoa so they just need to be reheated in the evening.

  • Combine the veggies, protein, and grain to make a complete meal. Add a sauce like tomato sauce, soy sauce and ginger, or a curry sauce.

  • Fill a tortilla or pita with your sautéed ingredients for a warm sandwich.
