A sauté can take under 10 minutes to cook, especially when you have ingredients prepped beforehand.
Start by sautéing the ingredients that take longer to cook like carrots, potatoes, onions, and meat. Add more delicate ingredients at the end like spinach.
Cook and freeze grains like rice and quinoa so they just need to be reheated in the evening.
Combine the veggies, protein, and grain to make a complete meal. Add a sauce like tomato sauce, soy sauce and ginger, or a curry sauce.
Fill a tortilla or pita with your sautéed ingredients for a warm sandwich.
