Salad shy? There is something for everyone with these simple sides.
What you'll need
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Large salad bowl
Tongs or spatula
Ingredients
5 cups Salad Greens Romaine, Red or green leaf lettuce, Spinach, Spring mix, chopped
Citrus Splash Mix-in1 Orange large, peeled, cut into sections
1 Grapefruit medium, peeled, cut into sections
1/2 cup Red Onion chopped
1 cup Radishes thinly sliced
1/4 cup Almonds sliced
2 tablespoons Sesame Salad Dressing light
2 tablespoons Orange Juice 100%
Savory & Satisfying Mix-in1 cup Black Beans canned, drained, rinsed
1/2 Bell Pepper chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 cup Sweet Corn
4 tablespoons Ranch Dressing low-fat
Sweet Sensation Mix-in1 cup Strawberries sliced
1 cup Carrots shredded
1 cup Apples sliced
1/2 cup Raisins
4 tablespoons Balsamic Vinaigrette low-fat
Directions
1.Place salad greens in a large bowl.
2.Choose one of the Mix-Ins listed above and add all those ingredients to the salad greens.
3.Toss all ingredients together and serve immediately.
