Ingredients
1 pound Ground Turkey Lean
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
28 ounces Tomatoes equivalent to one 28-oz can
29 ounces Kidney Beans equivalent to two 14.5 oz cans, drained and rinsed
1 Package Chili Seasoning
Directions
1.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. 2.
Brown ground turkey until no longer pink; drain excess fat. 3.
Add onion and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. 4.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low to medium heat. Serve while hot. Amount Per Serving |
