Easy Turkey Skillet Dinner

Large skillet
Spatula or spoon


Serves 4
3/4 pound Ground Turkey lean
1 Onion medium, peeled and chopped
3 Tomatoes chopped
3 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Dried Basil Dried
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Zucchini medium, sliced



Step 1 picture
Spray nonstick cooking spray in a large skillet.


Step 2 picture
Brown turkey and onion over medium heat until turkey is cooked through and onion is soft, about 10 minutes.


Step 3 picture
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.


Step 4 picture
Add zucchini and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve while hot.
