This light dish is great for lunch or to start off a meal.
What you'll need
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Spatula or spoon
Bowl
4 serving dishes
Ingredients
1/2 pound Shrimp small, cooked
1/4 cup Red Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Corn thawed if frozen
3 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh
3 tablespoons Taco Sauce prepared
1 Serrano Chile Pepper seeds removed and finely chopped
Directions
1.Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir well.
2.Spoon into 4 small dishes and garnish with cilantro. Serve.
