A refreshing mixture of fruit, juice, and frozen yogurt for a meal on the go.

What you'll need

Cutting board
Sharp knife
Measuring cups
Can opener
Blender
Spatula or spoon

Ingredients

Serves 4
1 Mango peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
1 Banana peeled, sliced
1 cup Pineapple canned, packed in 100% fruit juice, undrained
3/4 cup Frozen Yogurt low-fat vanilla
1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

1.

Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until mixture is smooth.

2.Pour into glasses and serve.
