Hello there and thank you for your question!
There is not enough research that suggests eating according to your blood type is beneficial or necessary, but what is true is that everyone has different nutritional needs regardless of blood type. For example, a baby has very different nutritional needs than a grown adult!
The theory behind eating according to your blood type has yet to be proven (along with many other diets you may have come across and will come across in the near future). Fortunately, the health benefits of a balanced eating pattern has already been proven (1). Learn more on how to build a balanced meal and eat a "rainbow" of colors everyday.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,
Anna Ng, RD
