This tropical, refreshing soup will keep you full and satisfied with healthy fats from avocados.

Blender
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
2 bowls
Spatula or spoon

Ingredients

Serves 8
4 Avocados
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Sugar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice fresh
3 cups Yogurt plain, low-fat
1 cup Coconut Milk low-fat
1 quart Orange Juice
3/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
of Dried Shredded Coconut

Directions

1.

Puree ingredients in blender.

Serve cold, garnished with toasted coconut.
