Sharp knife

Measuring cups

1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Tamari low-sodium or Soy Sauce Low-sodium
2 cloves Garlic
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Parsley chopped
2 tablespoons Chives chopped

Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, thinning with water if needed. Taste for salt and seasonings (including lemon juice and vinegar).
