Directions

In a pot, over medium heat: add water and vegetables, let cook for a few minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.

Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl: mix lime juice, olive oil, oregano and salt.

Pour over steamed vegetables to coat evenly.
