Broccoli with Garlic

Garlic adds a delicious flavor to broccoli – it might become your favorite side dish!

What you'll need

Large pot
Strainer
Large skillet
Spatula or spoon

Ingredients

Serves 4
2 cups Broccoli chopped
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic minced
3 tablespoons Water

Directions

1.In a pot, over low-medium heat: add water and broccoli, steam for 3-6 minutes (the less time you steam it, the crunchier it will be).
2.Remove the pot from the heat and drain any remaining water.
3.In a small skillet, over medium heat: sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
4.Pour garlic and oil over broccoli. Serve warm.
