Broccoli with Garlic
Garlic adds a delicious flavor to broccoli – it might become your favorite side dish!
In a pot, over low-medium heat: add water and broccoli, steam for 3-6 minutes (the less time you steam it, the crunchier it will be).
Remove the pot from the heat and drain any remaining water.
In a small skillet, over medium heat: sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
Pour garlic and oil over broccoli. Serve warm.
