Spatula or spoon

Ingredients

Serves 4
1 cup Jicama
1/2 cup Carrots
1/2 cup Parsnips
4 tablespoons Hummus

Directions

1.

Rinse and peel root vegetables.

2.

Cut root vegetables into sticks and mix together.

3.

Serve 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables onto plate with 1 tbsp. of hummus.

4.

Serve immediately.
