1 piece Ginger thinly sliced or minced (1-inch)
1/4 cup Vinegar white, unseasoned rice, or apple cider
2 Cucumbers very thinly sliced
1 Onion small, thinly sliced
Directions

Combine fish sauce, pepper, sugar, ginger, and vinegar in a bowl. 2.
