What you'll need

Sharp knife
Cutting board
Large bowl
serving spoon

Ingredients

Serves 4
4 Roma Tomatoes
1 Green Onion
1 Red Onion
1 Serrano Chile Pepper with or without the seed or 1 Jalapeño Pepper
1 Lime or 1/2 cup Lime Juice can substitute with lemon juice
of Salt to taste
of Pepper to taste
of Garlic Powder
of Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Peanut Butter

Directions

1.

Cut up all veggies (tomato, onion, pepper, lime).

2.

Combine all veggies into a bowl.

3.

Add lime juice or squeeze fresh lime.

4.

Mix in seasonings and peanut butter.

5.

Drizzle with sesame oil.
