Vegetable peeler

2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lime Juice to taste
1/8 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 Cucumber diced (peel if waxed)
1 1/2 cups Grapes seedless, sliced in half
2 Pears diced

In a large bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, and salt.
