Curried Waldorf Salad
What You'll Need
- Whisk or fork
- Mixing Bowl
- Spoon or spatula
Whisk yogurt, mayo, and spices together.
Grate 2 teaspoons of zest from orange and add to dressing.
Using a sharp knife, cut off peel and pith from orange. Slice into segments and mix with dressing.
Add apples, celery, nuts and raisins. Toss to combine.
