Curried Waldorf Salad

What You'll Need

  • Whisk or fork
  • Zester
  • Knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon or spatula

Directions

  1. Whisk yogurt, mayo, and spices together.
  2. Grate 2 teaspoons of zest from orange and add to dressing.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut off peel and pith from orange. Slice into segments and mix with dressing.
  4. Add apples, celery, nuts and raisins. Toss to combine.
