What You'll Need
- Crockpot (slow cooker)
- Cutting board
- Measuring cups

Layer beef, potatoes, onions, and carrots into slow cooker.
Sprinkle with peppercorns. Pour in broth, water, and fish sauce. (Add additional water or broth so ingredients are fully covered.)
Cook on high setting for 8 hours or until beef comes apart easily with a fork.
During the last 15 minutes, add bok choy.
