What you'll need
Crockpot (slow cooker)
Measuring cups
Sharp knife
Measuring spoons
Cutting board
Ingredients
2 pounds Beef Brisket cut into 2" cubes
5 Carrots medium, chopped
4 cups Broth beef or vegetable or of Water
1 tablespoon Peppercorns whole
Directions
1.
Layer beef, potatoes, onions, and carrots into slow cooker.
2.
Sprinkle with peppercorns. Pour in broth, water, and fish sauce. (Add additional water or broth so ingredients are fully covered.) 3.
Cook on high setting for 8 hours or until beef comes apart easily with a fork. 4.
During the last 15 minutes, add bok choy. Chef's Tips
- Top with fresh cilantro or parsley.
