What you'll need

Soup pot

Ingredients
1 pound Pork cut into pieces
2 Plum Tomatoes quartered
1/2 package Sinigang Soup Base 1.41 oz
1 Sweet Pepper small, quartered
1 Japanese Eggplants cubed
1 bunch Bok Choy chopped or 1 bunch Spinach chopped or 1 bunch Mustard Greens chopped
Directions
1.
Place water, pork, and onion in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Regularly skim the top to keep soup clear. 2.
Add tomatoes and soup base. Boil until meat and tomatoes are tender, approximately 30 minutes. 3.
Add pepper, okra, and eggplant, cook 5 more minutes. 4.
Add bok choy, spinach, or mustard greens. Turn off heat and stir to combine. Chef's Tips
- Pork chops, spare ribs, or pork shoulder would all work in this recipe.
- You can substitute pork with chicken or turkey pieces.
