Make an easy, tasty chili with just four ingredients!

What you'll need

Can opener
Large skillet
Measuring cups
Stovetop
Spatula or spoon

Ingredients

Serves 6
15 ounces Beans about 2 cups, drained
15 ounces Corn fresh, low-sodium and drained (if canned) or 2 cups Corn frozen
15 ounces Crushed Tomatoes low-sodium
of Chili Powder to taste

Directions

1.

Step 1 picture
Place the beans, corn and tomatoes in a pan. Add chili powder to taste.

Step 2 picture
Continue to stir over medium heat until heated thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers.

Chef's Tips

  • Try adding cooked meat, chopped cooked onions, and/or green peppers.
