Fruit Crisp

This fresh fruit crumble is scrumptious and nutritious. Berries are rich in vitamins and anti-oxidants.
Ingredients

cups
apples, peaches, or pears; use alone or mix with berries

- Medium bowl

- Sharp knife
- Baking pan
Directions

Prepare crumb topping. In a bowl: mix all ingredients until crumbly. Set aside, as it will be used in step #6.

Slice fruit into ½ inch wedges.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Butter a 9”x12” baking pan.

Place fruit evenly in pan.

Cover fruit evenly with the crumb topping.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Serve warm.
