Oats are a great source of fiber that helps keep you full.
What You'll Need
- Measuring cup
- Measuring spoon
- Cutting board and knife (if adding apples)
- Slow cooker
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until oats are tender.
Top with other ingredients such as nuts, dried fruit, and/or honey.
This can also be made in a 6-quart pressure cooker. Combine all ingredients inside the cooker, cover, and seal. Cook on HIGH pressure (manual) for 4 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Carefully remove lid and stir. Leave the lid off to cool slightly and thicken before serving.
