Microwave safe baking dish
Whisk or fork
2 tablespoons Water or 2 tablespoons Milk
1.Crack eggs into a microwave safe dish.
2.Whisk in water or milk, salt and pepper.
3.Cook for 30 seconds on high, stir, cook for an additional 30 seconds. If the eggs are still runny, continue to cook at 30 second intervals until the
eggs are cooked through.
- Add vegetables to your scrambled eggs! You can chop onions, peppers, broccoli, etc. in small portions and mix with eggs before cooking.
