Blender or food processor
Spatula or spoon

Ingredients

Serves 4
1 cup Coconut Water
3/4 cup Orange Juice
1 1/2 cups Mango frozen cubes or chunks
1/2 cup Pineapple frozen chunks or of Banana frozen pieces
2 Kiwi peeled
3 bunch Spinach (large handfuls)

Directions
