Banana Berry Smoothie

A quick and easy snack, perfect for after school!

What you'll need

Sharp knife
Cutting board
Measuring cups
Blender
Mixing utensil
Serving cups

Ingredients

Serves 2
1/2 Banana peeled and sliced
1 cup Strawberries frozen or of Blueberries frozen or of Blackberries frozen
1/2 cup Milk low-fat or of Tofu soft
1/2 cup Orange Juice 100%

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients in a blender container. Put lid on tightly.

2.

Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add ½ cup cold water and blend again.

3.

Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
