Meal Plan: Black Bean Bonanza—3 Main Dishes

Black beans are packed with protein and are inexpensive. Try these recipes to experiment with different ways to eat them. Two recipes include sweet potatoes, but the Power Meal dish could easily include other veggies if you don't want to eat sweet potatoes twice!
