What should I do to feel less bloated and relieve constipation?

Save

Hello and thank you for your question!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing bloating and constipation. There can be many reasons why this is happening, such as some digestive problems, sensitivity to particular foods or certain medications. I suggest you check with your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss the issues you are having. You may also request a referral to a registered dietitian nutritionist who can provide individual advice for you.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to keep a log of what you eat and what symptoms you experience to help identify any patterns that occur with particular foods. Fiber can help with digestion, but every body is different so it is best to work with your healthcare team to guide you in good health and wellness.

Hope this helps and hope you feel better soon!

Cheers,

Anna Ng, RD
