Ingredients

Serves 4
1 Gold Kiwi
1 Green Kiwi
1 Mozzarella Stick reduced fat

Directions

1.

Rinse kiwi.

Cut each kiwi into 4 pieces each.

3.

Cut mozzarella stick into 8 pieces.

4.

Assemble kabobs: slide 1 green kiwi, 1 cheese piece, 1 gold kiwi, 1 cheese piece onto a coffee stick.

5.

Serve immediately.
