What you'll need

Jar with tight-fitting lid
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons


Serves 6
2/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
of Salt to taste
of Black Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Mustard (optional)
1 tablespoon Honey (optional)


1.Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid.
2.Shake well.

  • The basic formula for salad dressing is oil plus acid like vinegar or lemon juice. Add dry seasonings, mustard, or honey before mixing.
