Spice up your rice with a few ingredients for a lot of flavor!
Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef (or 2 cups cooked beans) or Turkey or Chicken
15 ounces Corn drained, OR 2 cups frozen corn
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 cup Brown Rice quick-cook, dry
Directions

Cook ground meat, onion, and bell pepper in a large pan over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain fat from pan. 2.
Add corn, tomatoes, chili powder, uncooked rice, bouillon cube, and water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. Amount Per Serving |
