Let this tomato sauce cook all day and come home to the smell of garlic and oregano! Its packed with nutrients and goes great with any pasta.

What you'll need

Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Crockpot (slow cooker)
Spatula or spoon
Can opener

Ingredients

Serves 7
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Onion finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 Carrot finely chopped
2 cups Spinach Frozen, preferably thawed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano Dried
1 teaspoon Basil Dried
28 ounces Tomatoes cannned, crushed

Directions

1.Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 5 hours.
