Mix up these ingredients for tacos, chips, beans, and more. It will add crunchy and flavor to any dish.

Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Large bowl
Large wooden spoon

Ingredients

Serves 6
1/2 head Cabbage
1/2 cup Cilantro
1 Jalapeño Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon White Vinegar

Directions

1.

Step 1 picture
Finely chop the cabbage, cilantro and jalapeno into a large bowl. Add salt and vinegar, then stir.

Step 2 picture
Serve with baked tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos, enchiladas, tortas or beans. Refrigerate leftovers.
