Ingredients

Serves 4
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 piece Ginger thinly sliced or minced (1-inch)
1/4 cup Vinegar white, unseasoned rice, or apple cider
of Black Pepper to taste
2 Cucumbers very thinly sliced
1 Onion small, thinly sliced
2 Tomatoes sliced

Directions

Step 1 picture
Combine fish sauce, pepper, sugar, ginger, and vinegar in a bowl.

Add sauce to cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
