Broccoli Salad with Sunflower Seeds

Even if you think you don’t like broccoli, you’ll love this salad!

What you'll need

Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Large bowl
Spoon

Ingredients

Serves 8
1/2 cup Mayonnaise low-fat
1/3 cup Vinegar (rice or cider)
3 tablespoons Sugar
4 cups Broccoli chopped
1/4 cup Onion (1/4 onion), chopped
3/4 cup Raisins
3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (or any nut or seed of your choice)

Directions

1.Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl.
2.Add broccoli, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds. Stir to combine.
3.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then enjoy.
