Avocados are full of healthy fats for a baby's growing brain! They also are loaded with folate and potassium, which are essential for helping babies and children grow.

Sharp knife

Ingredients

Serves 1
1 Avocado large, ripe

Directions

1.Cut avocado lengthwise and remove pit. Scrape avocado flesh from skin with a spoon into a small glass bowl.
2.Mash avocado flesh with a fork (about 1 cup mashed). You may want to add 1 to 2 tablespoons water, breast milk, or formula to thin.
