Try paying attention to how certain foods make you feel and choose those foods that make you feel energized and satisfied. Getting out of the cycle of dieting may be the most beneficial thing you could do to manage your PCOS.
Additionally, your weight is not a strong indicator of your health and there are many safe and scientifically proven ways to improve your health regardless of weight loss, such as eating a balanced diet, being physically active and getting a good night's sleep.
I encourage you to ask your doctor for a referral to see a registered dietitian. A dietitian can work closely with you to help you discover what foods your body responds best to and how best to support your body.
