Slow Cooker Asian Turkey and Rice Soup
What You'll Need
- Measuring cup
- Measuring spoon
- Cutting board
- Slow cooker or rice cooker or stove pot
Prep meat and vegetables.
Place all ingredients besides greens into the pot, rice cooker, or slow cooker. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes on the stove, one cycle in the rice cooker, or 7 hours on low in the slow cooker.
Add greens, cover for 5-10 more minutes or until greens have wilted.
If you have some leftover cooked chicken or turkey on hand, substitute about 3 cups chopped meat for the raw meat.
