Sautéed Spinach with Garlic

- Large skillet

Cut and discard the spinach stems.

Rinse, drain and pat spinach dry with paper towels.

In a large skillet, over medium heat: heat oil.

Add garlic cloves and sauté until golden brown.

Add spinach .25 at a time and cook, stirring often and adding water for moisture.

Once all spinach has been added, add salt and pepper; adjust seasonings if necessary.

Add lemon juice, if desired.

Serve warm.
