"Field of Greens" Salad

Shredded daikon and strawberries add interest to this hearty salad.

What you'll need

Large skillet

Ingredients

Serves 6
4 cups Spinach
1/2 cup Gailon chopped
1/2 cup Snow Pea Tips
1/2 cup Snow Peas
1/2 cup Daikon shaved
1/2 cup Strawberries fresh and sliced
2 tablespoons Chopped Almonds toasted and slivered
2 cloves Garlic minced
4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1/2 Lemon , juiced

Directions

Wash all veggies; pat dry. Toss together spinach, gailon, snow pea tips and pods.

Prepare dressing: Sauté garlic in hot oil until slightly browned. Toss greens with dressing and lemon juice.
