This sweet salad is crunchy and refreshing!
What You'll Need
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Cutting board
- Chef knife
- Medium bowl
- Large spoon
Add apples to medium bowl and mix with lemon juice.
Add celery, carrot, raisins and yogurt. Stir to combine.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
Try adding ½ cup chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans to the salad.
