- Vegetable peeler

In a small container: mix oil, lime juice, and salt.
Peel and dice cucumber.
Peel, core and cut pears into small cubes.
In a large bowl, combine grapes, cucumber, pears, and liquid mixture.
You can substitute these ingredients with seasonal fruits of your choice.
Try it with:
- ground chile
- grated cucumber
- grated jícama
If you are unable to get red grapes, use green grapes and omit the salt.
