This easy recipe can be made either on the stovetop or in a slow cooker. Check out this video for step-by-step video instructions.

What You'll Need

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring spoon
  • Can opener
  • Small bowl
  • Small whisk
  • Medium bowl
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Slow cooker or stove pot

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl until combined. Form into 12 meatballs.
  2. Pour tomatoes into slow cooker or stovetop pot and place meatballs into the mixture. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours in slow cooker or 18-22 minutes in pot on stovetop.

Storage Tips

  • Leftover meatballs store well in the freezer. Add chopped spinach or other veggies to the sauce for an added boost.
