I constantly find myself bloated and unable to use the bathroom. I've cut dairy products and soy based products hoping it will help but nothing is helping. I eat veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus daily. I drink vegan protein drinks.

Sorry you're not feeling well!  It sounds like with the bloating and inability to use the bathroom, you are constipated.  Here are a few tips that may help get things moving in your gut:

Drink plenty of water: constipation is caused by dehydration in your colon.  Drinking plenty of water will help to ensure water is not removed from your colon and make stools easier to pass.

- Eat plenty of Fiber-rich foods: I see you are eating broccoli and cauliflower - which are great sources of insoluble fiber (helps to keep stools formed).  Try adding in foods high in soluble fiber to increase the amount of water in your gut and make the stool easier to pass - oatmeal, blueberries, apples, beans and nuts.

- Get moving!  As long as your doctor says it is safe for you to exercise, physical activity is very helpful in keeping the muscles in your intestines moving.  Here are some tips to help you fit in activity during the day.

Goos luck and I hope this helps!
